West End College London has set up an agreement with the Coventry University London Campus (CULC) that will ensure a guaranteed progression route open to all students who successfully complete the ABE qualification at West End College London.
The agreement incorporates progression at two levels:
- Upon successful completion of Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Business Management, Marketing or Financial Management WECL students will be eligible to progress to the CULC top-up in BA (Hons) Global Business
And
- Students having successfully completed Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management can progress to CULC MBAs
Students progressing to the BA (Hons) Global Business will be entitled to a WECL Scholarship amounting to £3060. With this scholarship in place, WECL students will only pay £6500* for their final year top-up culminating in BA (Hons) Global Business from CULC. There are two intakes a year for the top-up, in October 2010 and January 2011.
Students progressing to the MBA programmes will be entitled to a WECL Scholarship, allowing students to study their MBA at CULC at the special reduced rate of £7500, a saving of £5000 on the standard cost of an MBA. Accreditation of Prior Learning (APL) also applies to WECL Postgraduate Diploma students, exempting them from four core modules of the programme. There are four intakes a year for the CULC MBA programmes – October, January, April and July.
